The ideal candidate should have a strong background in accounting and taxation, with the ability to maintain accurate books of accounts, generate financial reports, and ensure timely statutory filings. Key Responsibilities:1. Accounting & Bookkeeping Maintain accurate books of accounts as per accounting standards. Record all day-to-day financial transactions in Tally or other accounting software. Prepare journal entries, ledgers, trial balances, and reconciliations. 2. Statutory Compliance Ensure timely and accurate filing of: GST Returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.) TDS Returns and payments Professional Tax, PF, ESIC and other applicable statutory dues. Maintain all necessary documentation for audits and inspections. 3. Payroll & Employee Records Maintain pay registers and salary statements of all employees. Coordinate payroll processing including statutory deductions (PF, ESI, TDS). Generate and maintain monthly pay slips and compliance reports. 4. MIS & Reporting Generate and analyze Management Information System (MIS) reports on a monthly/quarterly basis. Assist in budget preparation, cost control, and variance analysis. Provide financial insights to management for decision-making. 5. Audit Support Coordinate with internal and external auditors. Provide necessary documentation and clarifications during audits.
Job Summary: The Sales cum Service Engineer will be responsible for promoting, selling, installing, and servicing of Laboratory and Pilot scale process equipment used in the chemical pharmaceutical industries. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities within chemical and pharmaceutical process industries. Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and plant visits to understand customer needs. Prepare and submit techno-commercial offers, tenders, and quotations. Negotiate and finalize orders while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction. Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, project engineers, and procurement teams. Gather market intelligence on competitor products, pricing, and trends. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to company growth. Technical Support & Service: Supervise installation, commissioning, and performance testing of supplied equipment (Lab reactors, Pilot scale reactors, filters reactors, Wiping film evaporators, heat exchangers and Pressure reactors etc.). Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support at customer sites. Conduct preventive maintenance and calibration checks as required. Coordinate with design and production teams for customization and technical clarifications. Handle warranty claims, service calls, and ensure timely issue resolution. Qualifications & Experience: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering. 2–5 years of experience in sales and service of process equipment or capital machinery for chemical / pharmaceutical industries. Strong understanding of process equipment such as reactors, dryers, heat exchangers, filters, condensers, and agitators. Knowledge of process flow diagrams (PFDs) and piping & instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs). Hands-on experience with installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems. Skills & Attributes: Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong technical and analytical aptitude. Customer-oriented with a proactive service attitude. The Production Engineer is responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling manufacturing processes to ensure efficient production of high-quality products. The role involves optimizing production methods, improving efficiency, maintaining equipment, ensuring safety, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the plant. Key Responsibilities: Plan and organize daily production schedules to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets. Monitor and control production processes, equipment performance, and output quality. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and minimize downtime. Analyze production data and prepare reports on efficiency, output, and performance metrics. Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure smooth operation of machinery and timely preventive maintenance. Ensure all production activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Collaborate with design, quality, and procurement teams to resolve production issues. Assist in new product development (NPD) by developing manufacturing methods and process layouts. Train and supervise operators and technicians to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs). Support implementation of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, or 5S initiatives. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, Production, or Manufacturing Engineering. 1–5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of production processes, process control, and quality systems (ISO, 5S, etc.). Proficiency in AutoCAD, ERP systems, and MS Office. The role involves creating accurate 2D and 3D drawings, ensuring compliance with project standards, and coordinating with other departments to support the design and process. Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed Technical drawings, Manufacturing drawings ,GA drawings and P&ID, using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit). Interpret design sketches, specifications, and calculations provided by engineers or architects. Ensure drawings comply with company, industry, and safety standards. Revise drawings based on feedback and design modifications. Maintain and organize drawing records, project documentation, and revision histories. Collaborate with engineers, designers, and site teams to resolve drawing or design-related issues. . Keep up to date with CAD technologies, drafting standards, and industry practices. Qualifications and Skills: Diploma / ITI in Mechanical, Chemical and Process Piping Proven experience (1–5 years) as a Draughtsman in a relevant industry.
