Accounts & HR Executive

About the Role: We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts & HR Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across both finance and people operations, maintaining accurate books of accounts while ensuring smooth HR processes. You'll be responsible for managing daily accounting activities, payroll, compliance, and supporting key HR functions like recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement. Key Responsibilities: Accounts Responsibilities: Manage daily accounting entries in Tally/ERP system. Prepare and maintain financial statements, ledgers, and reconciliations. Handle accounts payable/receivable, petty cash, and expense tracking. Assist in GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliance filings. Coordinate with auditors and support during audits. Generate monthly reports on financial performance. HR Responsibilities: Manage employee attendance, leave, and payroll processing. Handle recruitment activities such as job postings, screening, and onboarding. Maintain employee records and HR documentation. Assist with performance appraisals and employee engagement initiatives. Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies. Support management in implementing HR strategies and initiatives.  Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, HR, or related field. 1-5 years of experience in Accounts and HR operations. Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting principles. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work independently.
