Job Description

Position: Accounts Head
Experience: 8–12 Years
Location: As per company requirement
Salary: As per industry standards

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise the entire Accounts & Finance function of the organization.
Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, banking, reconciliations, and general ledger.
Ensure timely preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly/quarterly closing.
Manage statutory compliances including GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and other regulatory filings.
Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits; ensure accuracy and compliance in all financial documents.
Prepare budgets, forecasts, cash-flow statements, and financial analysis for management review.
Implement financial controls, cost monitoring systems, and process improvements.
Handle banking operations including fund management, LC/BG, and negotiations with bankers.
Ensure proper documentation, record keeping, and internal control mechanisms.
Support management in decision-making with financial insights and risk assessments.
Lead and mentor the accounting team, ensuring accuracy, discipline, and timely deliverables.

Skills & Qualifications:

B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter preferred.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in Tally, ERP systems, MS Excel, and financial reporting tools.
Excellent analytical, communication, and team management skills.
Ability to work under deadlines with accuracy and integrity.
