We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial transactions, reporting, and compliance for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality and expertise in Tally ERP, accounts receivables, payables, and financial reporting. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting principles. Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and reconciliation. Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and balance sheets. Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances. Utilize Tally ERP for bookkeeping, invoicing, and reporting. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Collaborate with internal teams for financial planning and audit preparation. Ensure timely payroll processing and tax calculations. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's/Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 1-8 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the hospitality industry . Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and financial reporting tools . Strong knowledge of accounts payable, receivable, taxation, and compliance . Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a hospitality or service-based industry . Knowledge of financial audits and internal controls.
