Reporting To: Managing Director / CFO
Experience: 10–15 Years (4–6 years in leadership role)

Job Purpose

To lead and manage the company’s finance, accounting, taxation, and compliance functions, ensuring strong financial controls, statutory compliance, accurate reporting, and effective support to project-based operations in the false ceiling business.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Accounting & Reporting

• Oversee end-to-end accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, inventory, and fixed assets
• Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing
• Prepare MIS, P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow statements, and variance analysis
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities

Taxation & Statutory Compliance

• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and other statutory requirements
• Handle GST returns, reconciliations, audits, and assessments
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities

Credit Control & Working Capital

• Manage receivables, payables, and cash flow
• Monitor credit limits and follow up on collections, including PSU/Government projects

Audit, Controls & Team Leadership

• Lead statutory, tax, and internal audits
• Strengthen SOPs, internal controls, and compliance frameworks
• Lead and develop the accounts & finance team
• Ensure effective use of ERP systems (Tally / SAP / Oracle)

Candidate Profile

Education:

• MBA (Finance) – Mandatory
• CA / CMA – Preferred

Skills:

• Strong GST & Indian accounting standards knowledge
• Project costing & institutional billing experience
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
