Job Title: Accounts & Finance Manager

Our client

We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented finance professional who understands the dynamics of logistics, cash flow, and compliance at scale.

What You’ll Do

You will:

● Handle day-to-day accounting - AP/AR, bank reconciliation, ledger entries.

● Ensure accurate and timely vendor and rider payments.

● Manage GST, TDS, and statutory compliance (PT, PF, ESIC, tax filings).

● Prepare and review financial statements - P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reports.

● Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives.

● Collaborate with Operations and Product teams to align financial processes with business workflows.

● Assist in internal and external audits, ensuring zero compliance gaps.

● Track receivables and collections, maintaining healthy cash flow.

What We’re Looking For

● Experience: Candidates with experience in last-mile logistics (3PL) / hyperlocal delivery companies preferred.

● Education: Bachelors or Masters in commerce and finance, or equivalent

● Proficiency in MS Excel

● Familiarity with compliance and statutory requirements (GST, TDS).

● Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

● Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
