Job Title: Accounts & Finance Manager

📍 Location: Gandhidham, Gujarat

💼 Experience: 7+ years

💰 Salary: 50k+ PM

🕒 Work Hours: 10 AM – 8 PM (Male) / 10 AM – 7 PM (Female)

📅 Weekly Off: Sunday

Role Purpose:

To oversee and manage the complete accounting and financial operations of multiple business entities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely financial reporting to management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise accounting operations across all group entities.

• Ensure timely and accurate finalization of accounts and financial statements.

• Prepare and review MIS reports, budgeting, and cash flow statements.

• Manage all statutory compliances – GST, TDS, Income Tax, RERA, and Companies Act-related filings.

• Coordinate and support internal and external audits.

• Lead banking operations, including loan documentation and fund management.

• Oversee vendor, customer, and project accounting across verticals.

• Liaise with management for financial planning and strategic decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• CA / CMA / MBA Finance preferred (Semi-qualified CA with 7+ years experience may also apply).

• Strong knowledge of Tally Prime, Advanced Excel, and at least one ERP platform.

• Sound understanding of Indian taxation, accounting standards, and compliance laws.

• Experience in multi-entity accounting and project-based finance.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and team management skills.
