Job Description

GST Compliance: Prepare and file monthly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and assist in annual GST reconciliation and filing of GSTR-9 & GSTR-9C. Income Tax Compliance: Assist in preparing and filing income tax returns, TDS returns, and respond to notices or queries from tax authorities. Statutory & Legal Compliance: Ensure compliance with Income Tax Act, GST Act, and RERA regulations, including timely submissions and record maintenance. Accounting & Reporting: Maintain accurate accounting records using Tally or ERP systems, monitor expenses, and assist with month-end and year-end closures. Audit Support: Provide necessary documentation and data for internal and statutory audits; assist with tax assessments and representations before authorities. Vendor & Expense Management: Track vendor payments, reconcile accounts, and ensure proper documentation for all transactions. Advisory & Process Improvement: Identify gaps in compliance processes and recommend improvements to strengthen internal controls and regulatory adherence. Qualifications: CA Inter or CA Final candidate preferred. Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, RERA, and related statutes. Proficiency in Tally, ERP software, and MS Excel. Ability to handle statutory compliance independently and coordinate with auditors and tax authorities.
