Job Description

Role Overview We're looking for a passionate and results-driven Residential Real Estate Sales Specialist to join our Bengaluru team. If you're someone who loves property, enjoys interacting with people, and has a knack for closing deals — we want to hear from you! Responsibilities • Conduct property tours and site visits with potential buyers • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure • Negotiate offers and assist in the paperwork and agreement process • Build and maintain strong client relationships for future referrals • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets • Maintain regular follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and emails Qualifications • Minimum 2+ year of experience in residential real estate sales • Proven track record of closing deals and achieving targets • Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada • Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal abilities • Self-driven with the ability to work independently • In-depth knowledge of the Bengaluru real estate market is a plus • Must own a two-wheeler for site visits • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred
