Real Estate Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  
• Manage a team of sales executives; provide training, guidance, and motivation.
  
• Identify and build relationships with potential clients, investors, and channel partners.
  
• Conduct site visits with prospective buyers and ensure high-quality client experiences.
  
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
  
• Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation and campaign execution.
  
• Prepare regular sales reports and performance metrics for senior management.
  
• Handle client queries, objections, and negotiations effectively.
  
• Maintain updated knowledge of project offerings, legal documentation, and RERA compliance.
