Real Estate Sales Manager Overview:- The Real Estate Sales Manager is responsible for driving property sales by leading a high-performing sales team, closing key transactions, and ensuring excellent client service. This role requires a strong closer who can both manage sales operations and personally attend to high-value clients to secure successful deals. Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and train the real estate sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Personally handle important clients, attend site visits, and close high-value property deals. Support agents in negotiations and finalizing transactions to maximize conversion rates. Develop and execute sales strategies that increase revenue and market share. Maintain strong, long-term client relationships through excellent communication and service. Oversee and participate in client meetings, property tours, and contract signings. Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management. Resolve client concerns quickly and ensure high customer satisfaction. Collaborate with marketing to generate qualified leads and improve conversion. Ensure all sales activities comply with real estate laws and company policies. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. Proven track record in real estate sales with strong closing skills. 3–5 years of experience in a sales leadership role within the property sector. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills. Strong knowledge of property transactions, contracts, and the local real estate market. Real estate license or certification (as required by jurisdiction).
