Real Estate Sales Manager

Position Overview:We are looking for an experienced and motivated Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales and team management. Key Responsibilities:Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and profitability. Build strong client relationships and ensure exceptional customer service. Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base. Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to sales executives. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust strategies accordingly. Conduct client meetings, property site visits, and close high-value deals. Prepare and present sales reports to senior management. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). Minimum 4–6 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets. In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, especially Noida and NCR region.
