The role involves meeting clients, understanding their needs, presenting property options, and closing deals while ensuring excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Generate and follow up on leads through calls, site visits, brokers, and referrals. Conduct property presentations and explain project details to clients. Handle negotiations and assist clients through the booking process. Maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners. Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis. Keep track of sales activities and update CRM/reporting systems. Requirements & Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales (residential/commercial). Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Proven ability to achieve sales targets. Good knowledge of Bangalore’s property market preferred. Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools.
