We are a dynamic and fast-growing company based in Bangalore, with a team of approximately 35-40 employees. Our company operates in the Semiconductor-based sector and is known for its innovative approach and commitment to excellence. As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a talented and experienced Accounts & Finance Executive to join our finance and accounting team.
The Accounts & Finance Executive will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the financial activities of our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with a proven track record of handling various financial tasks efficiently. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations. The candidate should possess excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Recording and maintaining accurate financial transactions in the accounting system.
· Monitoring and managing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
· Reconciling bank statements and other financial records.
· Assisting in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
· Using Tally software for Payroll processing, taxation, etc.,
· Conducting periodic audits to ensure compliance with internal controls.
· Collaborate with the finance team to develop accurate and realistic budgets.
· Monitor budgetary performance and provide regular reports to management.
· Analyze financial data to identify areas of improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
· Prepare general ledger reconciliations.
· Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
· Provide necessary documentation and support for internal and external audits.
· Stay updated with relevant accounting standards and tax regulations.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of statutory compliance requirements.
· Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address any compliance issues.
· Analyze financial data and prepare reports for management, highlighting key insights and trends.
· Assist in the development of financial models and business forecasts.
· Conduct profitability analysis and recommend strategies for improvement.
· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
· 5-7 years of relevant work experience in finance / accounting.
· Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
· Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data accurately.
· Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
