As the Head of Accounts and Finance at Clixxo Broadband Pvt. Ltd., your role will be crucial in leading the finance and accounting functions to support the company's growth objectives. Your responsibilities will include: - **Financial Strategy & Planning:** - Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's business objectives. - Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes with detailed financial analysis. - Conduct financial modeling to support strategic decisions and business expansion plans. - **Financial Reporting & Compliance:** - Oversee preparation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. - Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements such as Companies Act and GST laws. - Manage internal and external audits to ensure compliance. - **Taxation:** - Manage direct and indirect tax matters for timely and accurate filings. - Develop effective tax planning strategies to optimize the company's tax position. - **Treasury & Cash Management:** - Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships. - Oversee treasury operations including foreign exchange management. - **Accounts Operations & Control:** - Lead and mentor the accounts and finance team. - Establish and maintain robust internal controls for data integrity and safeguarding assets. - **Business Partnering & Analysis:** - Provide financial insights to improve operational efficiency and profitability. - Conduct cost and profitability analysis for performance reviews. - **Stakeholder Management:** - Liaise effectively with banks, auditors, tax authorities, and other external stakeholders. **Qualifications:** - Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory. - Bachelor's degree in commerce, Accounting, or Finance. - Minimum 5-7 years of progressive finance and accounting experience. - In-depth knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, Companies Act, Income Tax Act, and GST laws. - Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience in the manufacturing industry. - Knowledge of international financial reporting standards (IFRS). - Experience with ERP implementation and optimization.
