Role & responsibilities Prepares a target list of the prospective customers, both local and international suitable for the type of areas available for leasing in the mall, assess their due diligence, invites them to a presentation of videos, drawing, models, etc. to generate interest in the WSA, work towards sales closure to meet revenue targets and ensures proper maintenance of tenants waiting list.Set up objectives and targets and monitor regularly to ensure all objectives are achievedLease vacant space according to the leasing plan/schedule by the relevant time frames set therein and according to defined retailer mix and targetManages all leasing activities including attracting new tenants, vetting prospective clients, rental negotiations and the development of attractive leasing packagesContinually monitor tenant mix to ensure commercial profitability for the mallFine-tuning of retailer mix whenever is possible by visiting prospect regularly and have an updated waiting listFinalize renewals of existing retailers in accordance to company's rules and proceduresPrepare weekly and monthly reports on the status and performance of leasing activitiesCoordinate with retailers daily to resolve issuesTo attend to tenants and client's needs and provide optimal level of serviceImplement all the necessary documentation required in the fulfillment of activities such as leasing, renewals, moving in, moving out, and renovationCoordinate with other department heads to ensure effective and efficient operation of the BusinessDevelop and maintain a long-term beneficial relationship with all existing Retail groups, preferably within the city to ensure continued and future businessExposure in Village HaatsPreferred candidate profile Years of Experience: 3 7 yearsQualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Public Relations, or a related field.Location: BangalorePerks and benefits
