Accounts & Finance

• To maintain and account all the books of Accounts including Subsidiary Accounts each month
• To Maintain the Bank Accounts Credit and Debit analysis and responsible for having discipline in the Bank Accounts
• To Check all the incoming Bills and Invoices/ Bills for its Statutory requirement, correctness of the Bills
• To reconcile Ledger Accounts month on month
• To File all the statutory compliances, Monthly, Yearly & Assessments
• To check Books of A/c on Monthly basis i.e., Sales, Purchase etc
• To Pass and Account all Journal entries, Debit Note, Credit Note and reconcile the same day today basis
• To reconcile Bank A/c & Pass necessary entries after discussing and taking the concurrence from the seniors
• Responsible for various assessments like GST, VAT, Service Tax, PF Inspection, Gratuity, ESI Inspection and other Government Authorities,
• To do the follow up effectively on Customer`s collection for payments through the CRM etc.,
• Reconciliation of Suppliers/Sundry Creditors Account regularly to sort out the issues like rejections, short supply, rate differences etc. and to plan to pay on Due Date.
