About Axis Concept Construction Pvt. Ltd.

Role Overview

Eligibility

Gender: Male or Female
Experience: 26 years (Food/Retail/Way Side Amenities sector)
Communication: Strong communication & negotiation skills
Language: Fluency in English; knowledge of South Indian languages is an added advantage
Mobility: Travelling is mandatory for this role

Key Responsibilities

Identify, approach, and finalize leasing opportunities for food outlets, retail stores, and service-based businesses.
Negotiate lease terms, rental agreements, and ensure alignment with company policies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders.
Conduct market research to analyze competition, pricing, and retail trends.
Coordinate with legal, finance, and project teams to ensure smooth execution of agreements.
Track lease renewals, collections, and occupancy targets.
Ensure tenant satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Regular reporting to management on leasing performance.

Industry Preference

Food courts, highway retail outlets, way side amenities, QSR (Quick Service Restaurants).
Candidates with mall-only leasing experience will
not
be considered.
