Property Sales
(Commercial, Residential, Apartments, Farm Plots).

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end property sales and client relationship management.
Generate leads, follow up, and convert prospects into successful sales.
Conduct site visits and property presentations to potential buyers.
Negotiate and close deals effectively.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain strong coordination with marketing and operations teams.

Key Skills:

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong convincing and negotiation ability.
Proactive, result-oriented, and self-motivated.
Ability to handle clients independently and build long-term relationships.
Knowledge of
South Indian languages
(Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam) will be an added advantage.
