Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Executive to manage the day-to-day financial operations of the company. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Advanced Excel, accounting software, and documentation management. This role requires accuracy, organization, and efficiency in handling invoices, payments, reconciliations, and overall bookkeeping.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all accounting transactions, including billing, receipts, payments, and vendor invoices.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports in Excel.
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and other financial records.
• Maintain accurate records of all company expenses and income.
• Prepare and process GST, TDS, and other statutory returns (if applicable).
• Handle accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently.
• Track and update outstanding payments and ensure timely settlements.
• Maintain digital and physical documentation for all financial records.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and year-end closing.
• Support internal audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, etc.).
• Working knowledge of accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, or similar).
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
