Accounts Executive

Job Title: Accounts Executive Department: Finance & Accounts Experience Required: Minimum 3-4 Year Location: Banashankri 2nd stage -Bangalore Reports To: Accounts Manager / Finance Head Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Executive with at least one year of experience to manage day-to-day accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, handling payments, and supporting overall financial operations in compliance with company policies and statutory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update day-to-day accounting entries in Tally or ERP system. Prepare, verify, and process invoices, bills, and payments. Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts regularly. Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Monitor accounts payable and receivable and ensure timely collections/payments. Handle petty cash, expense vouchers, and staff reimbursements. Support statutory compliance such as TDS, GST, PF, and ESI filings. Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits. Maintain proper filing of all financial documents and records. Assist the senior finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance. Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting or finance. Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and other accounting software. Knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance. Strong numerical skills and attention to detail. Good communication and organizational skills. Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
