Job Title: Lead Generator / Telecaller / Business Development Executive Location: Hyderabad Department: Sales & Business Development Experience: 0.6 – 1 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: As per industry standards + incentives Job Summary: We are looking for dynamic and motivated individuals to join our Sales & Business Development team in Hyderabad. The candidate will be responsible for generating quality leads through telecalling, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting the field sales team to achieve business targets. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation / Telecalling: Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce the company’s products/services. Generate leads by cold calling, following up on inquiries, and using databases and online research. Qualify and categorize leads as per sales readiness. Maintain and update customer data in CRM systems. Schedule meetings for field sales team with prospective clients. Follow up with interested prospects regularly. Business Development Executive (BDE):Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the assigned region. Meet potential clients, present company offerings, and convert leads into sales. Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals and quotes. Achieve individual and team targets for lead conversions and client acquisitions. Provide regular reports on leads, conversions, and market feedback. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Telugu, English, Hindi preferred). Previous experience in telecalling or inside sales is an advantage. Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility. Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools.
