With over 12 years of experience, we provide end-to-end industrial solutions, focusing on customer satisfaction, quality service, and operational excellence Job Summary: The Accounts Executive will primarily handle all accounting operations including bookkeeping, financial reporting, vendor & customer payments, and reconciliations. The role also involves supporting HR and management for attendance tracking, office expenses, and payroll. Key Responsibility Areas (KRA): 1. Accounting & Bookkeeping: Maintain daily Book Keeping records for all transactions. Record and reconcile Bank, vendor invoices, payments, and receipts. Manage customer accounts, billing, and collections. Ensure accurate bookkeeping in Tally / accounting software and Google Sheets. 2. Financial Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports. Assist management in expense analysis. Support audits to seniors, and statutory compliance reporting. 3. Vendor & Customer Coordination: Coordinate with vendors & Customer for payment approvals and follow-ups. Track receivables and ensure timely collection from customers. Resolve discrepancies in invoices and payment records. 4. Process Improvement: Suggest improvements in accounting, reporting, and documentation processes. Implement standardized processes to maintain accuracy and compliance. 5. KPI – Attendance, Office Expenses & Payroll: Maintain and track daily employee attendance. Record and reconcile office expenses. Support monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement. Skills & Requirements: Strong knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting. Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and Google Sheets. Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Attention to detail and commitment to financial accuracy. Qualification: Graduate  in Commerce or Accounting preferred. Experience:2 – 3 Years in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance operations (preferably in manufacturing or machinery industry). Salary Range:💰 ₹18,000 – ₹23,000 CTC per month + Yearly Performance Bonus (Performance-based appraisal and growth opportunity) Work Schedule:🕘 Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM 📅 Working Days: Monday to Saturday 🏢 Work Type: Full-time | Office-based (Dhankot, Gurgaon)
