Accounts Executive

Job Title: Accounts Executive Location: Noida Sector 02, Uttar Pradesh Department: Finance & Accounts Reports To: Finance Manager/Accounts Head Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage financial transactions, maintain records, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of all transactions. Process invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations in a timely manner. Prepare financial reports such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits. Support month-end and year-end closing processes. Assist in payroll processing and employee reimbursements. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles. Strong understanding of financial regulations, taxation, and compliance. Excellent numerical and analytical skills. Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
