Accounts Executive

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a skilled and dedicated Accountant to join our team and support our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare and maintain financial records and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.

· Manage general ledger entries, journal postings, and account reconciliations.

· Process invoices, payments, and expense reports.

· Monitor cash flow, budgets, and forecasting.

· Assist in month-end and year-end close processes.

· Prepare tax returns and ensure timely payment of taxes.

· Calculate, deduct, deposit, and file returns for TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) as per statutory requirements.

· Maintain proper documentation and records for TDS compliance and respond to notices or queries from tax authorities.

· Liaise with auditors, banks, and external vendors.

· Maintain internal financial controls and procedures.

· Support financial planning and analysis tasks as required.

· Knowledge of payroll, GST/VAT filing, or cost accounting.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

· Proven experience as an accountant or in a similar financial role

· Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.

· Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, SAP, or others).

· Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
