Job Title: Accounts Executive (Fresher) Company: Roshan Minar Hospitality LLP Location: Kharadi, Pune Experience: Fresher (2-3 Years) Employment Type: Full-Time About the Company: Roshan Minar Hospitality LLP is a growing organization in the hospitality industry, dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining strong financial management practices. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented fresher to join our accounts team. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update day-to-day accounting records in Tally ERP. Handle data entry, vouchers, bills, and expense tracking. Assist in bank reconciliations, vendor payments, and invoice management. Prepare and maintain Excel reports for accounting and financial analysis. Support the finance team in GST, TDS, and monthly closing activities. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth financial operations. Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with accounting standards. Required Skills & Qualifications: Educational Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent. Technical Skills: Tally ERP (mandatory) Microsoft Excel (mandatory) Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy. Good communication and organizational skills.
