Accounts Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations, statutory compliance, and reporting for our NBFC activities. The ideal candidate must be well-versed with lending-related accounting, NBFC compliances, and reconciliation between LOS/LMS, bank statements, and disbursement/collection reports. Key Responsibilities Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally or equivalent ERP. Manage accounts payable & receivable, vendor payments, and petty cash. Reconcile bank statements with disbursement & repayment ledgers (Loan GL, OD accounts, Razorpay/Payout accounts, etc.). Prepare MIS reports, P&L, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance, and Cash Flow statements. Coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits. Handle GST, TDS, Professional Tax & other statutory compliances, including return filings. Assist in financial forecasting, expense control, and budgeting. Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation schedule. Ensure accurate bookkeeping for loan provisioning, NPA recognition, and interest accruals. Requirements Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA-Inter / MBA (Finance) Experience: 3–5 years (NBFC / Banking / Financial Services experience preferred) Strong knowledge of Tally / Zoho Books / Accounting Software Solid understanding of GST & TDS filings Proficiency in MS Excel & Financial Reporting Eye for accuracy, confidentiality, and timelines Preferred Skills Prior experience in Loan Accounting / NBFC Bookkeeping Knowledge of RBI compliance formats & provisioning norms Ability to work closely with Finance, Credit & Collections teams Compensation Salary as per industry standards, based on skills & experience.
