Accounts Executive

Job Description: Accounts Executive Company: Jetking Technologies Location: Noida, India Experience Required: 2+ Years Industry: Managed IT Services Job Summary: Jetking Technologies, a leading Managed IT Services provider, is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our finance team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in accounting operations, with hands-on knowledge of Tally and statutory compliance. Prior experience in service-based or IT-enabled industries is preferred. Key Responsibilities: Maintain daily accounting transactions in Tally Prime / Tally ERP Record sales, purchase, contra, and bank entries Perform bank reconciliations and assist with vendor/customer payments Support GST, TDS, and PF/ESIC filings under guidance Generate and manage e-Invoices and e-Way Bills Handle petty cash, assist with cash flow reporting Support payroll processing and salary disbursements Assist in internal/statutory audits and documentation Required Skills: Working knowledge of Tally ERP / Prime Understanding of GST, TDS, PF, and ESIC compliance Proficiency in MS Excel and Word Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management Qualifications: B.Com / M.Com in Accounting or Finance Minimum 2 years of relevant experience Prior experience in a service industry or IT sector is a plus To Apply: Send your updated resume to safa@jetking.com and Subject line: Application for Accounts Executive – Jetking Noida
