Job Title: Sales Manager (DU Female Graduates Only) Company: Jetking Technologies Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh Salary: Competitive Notice Period: Immediate/ 15 Days About the Role We are seeking a business-focused sales professional with strong experience in commercial real estate leasing. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of proven experience in driving revenue, client acquisition, and deal closures in the leasing space. Key Responsibilities Identify and engage prospects for commercial real estate and leasing opportunities. Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, retailers, and property owners. Negotiate and finalize leasing agreements to achieve revenue and occupancy targets. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities. Deliver strong pipeline and revenue forecasts to management. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth closure of leasing deals. Key Requirements Education: Graduate from Delhi University (mandatory). Experience: 4 years in commercial real estate leasing / concept selling. Demonstrated success in deal conversions and revenue generation. Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills. Target-driven and motivated to deliver results. Open to travel and field work for client interactions and closures.
