Accounts Executive

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for day-to-day accounting operations, statutory filings, and supporting financial reporting. This role requires strong accuracy, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting entries for sales, purchases, expenses, and receipts.
• Manage accounts payable/receivable and maintain ledgers.
• Perform bank and payment gateway reconciliation.
• Prepare basic financial reports and assist in monthly closing.
• Carry out GST & TDS filing with full compliance.
• Handle TCS filing and ensure accurate statutory submissions.
• Maintain accurate financial records, documentation, and support audit processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Mandatory experience in GST filing, TDS filing, and TCS filing.
• Familiarity with accounting software such as Vyapar, Tally ERP, Zoho Books, or similar.
• Strong understanding of GST, TDS, TCS, and accounting principles.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
