As a Software & Accounts Executive you will be responsible for managing our in-house jewellery software, handling accounting tasks, and ensuring operational accuracy through data management and analysis. This role requires strong mathematical ability, proficiency in accounting software, and comfort with digital tools.

Key Responsibilities

·        Operate and manage jewellery software with accuracy and efficiency.

·        Maintain and update accounting records in Tally.

·        Prepare and analyse data using Excel.

·        Support financial calculations using strong mathematical skills.

·        Ensure smooth coordination of software-based operational tasks.

Skills and Qualifications

1. Education:

  Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or any related field.

Strong knowledge of Accounting & Tally.

    Strong mathematical and analytical skills.

2. Communication:

Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.

3. Customer Service:

Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.

4. Tech-Savvy:

Proficiency in MS Excel ( data analysis, formula VLOOKUP/ XLOOKUP, INDEX, etc.)

Ability to quickly adapt to new digital tools, software.

5. Presentation:

Well-groomed, polished, and professional appearance suitable for a luxury retail environment.
