Job Summary: The Business Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing strategic marketing plans to promote business growth. This role involves market research, campaign planning, budget management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure marketing initiatives align with business goals and deliver measurable results. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for B2B or B2C segments, aligned with objectives. Manage and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, email, events,etc.). Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities. Oversee marketing budgets, track ROI. Support lead generation efforts and nurture sales funnels through strategic campaigns. Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and marketing best practices. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus. 2+ years of experience in marketing Proven success in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns. Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, CRM systems, and analytics tools. Excellent communication skills.
