Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate day-to-day accounting records and ensure proper bookkeeping.
Process invoices, vouchers, payments, and receipts in a timely manner.
Manage accounts payable/receivable and perform regular bank reconciliations.
Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.
Prepare and support financial statements, including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and expense reports.
Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, and vendors as required.
Perform stock reconciliation and support inventory-related accounting.
Provide support in HR operations where needed, such as payroll coordination and maintaining employee records.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com or equivalent).
1–2 years of relevant accounting experience.
Proficiency in Tally or other accounting software, along with strong MS Excel skills.
Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and communication skills.
Understanding of HR operations is a plus.
