Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Design & Branding

• Create high-quality visuals for

  e-commerce platforms

  , including product renders, banners, infographics, and UI elements 
• Design

  product labels, packaging

  , and offline marketing materials 
• Maintain

  visual consistency

  across all brand assets and digital touchpoints 

🔹 social media & Performance Design

• Design platform-optimized creatives for

  Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube

   
• Develop scroll-stopping creatives for

  ads, reels, carousels, thumbnails, and stories

   
• Collaborate with content and marketing teams to deliver high-conversion creatives for paid campaigns 

🔹 Video Editing & Motion Graphics

• Edit and produce short-form videos for product explainers, social media reels, influencer collaborations, and ads 
• Add transitions, subtitles, effects, and audio enhancements to elevate content quality 
• Work on

  motion graphics

  for branding, intros/outros, and product showcases 

🔹 Creative Collaboration & Innovation

• Brainstorm ideas with the marketing/content teams for campaigns and launches 
• Stay updated with

  design trends, platform best practices, and visual performance benchmarks

   
• Proactively suggest visual design improvements for better engagement and conversions 

Tools & Software:

• Adobe Creative Suite

  : Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects 
• CorelDRAW, Canva, Figma (bonus) 

Requirements:

• Minimum

  3 years of experience

  in graphic design, preferably in

  D2C, e-commerce, health/wellness

  , or related sectors 
• Strong portfolio showcasing a mix of

  product creatives, packaging, social media, and motion graphics

   
• Excellent understanding of

  color theory, typography, layout, and branding

   
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and work cross-functionally 
• Motion design/video editing experience is

  essential

   
• Attention to detail, creativity, and an eye for visual storytelling
