Graphic & Video Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a versatile and creative Video Editor who can produce high-quality content across podcasts, YouTube videos, reels, and AI-generated videos. You will be responsible for end-to-end editing that strengthens our brand storytelling and social presence

Key Responsibilities

Editing & Content Production

• Edit long-form videos such as podcasts, webinars, interviews
• Create high-impact short-form content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, etc.
• Add motion graphics, clean audio, color correction, subtitles, branding, etc.

AI Video Creation

• Must know how to create videos using AI tools (Runway, Veo 3., Minimax, canva etc.)
• Adopt innovative workflows using AI for faster and more creative outputs
• Stay updated on latest video and AI Softwares

Pre- & Post-Production

• Assist with shoots, camera support, lighting setup when required
• Maintain well-organized project files and media assets

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with social media and design teams for cohesive storytelling
• Adapt content as per platform guidelines and campaign goals

Required Skills & Tools

• 13 years of video editing experience
• Expertise in editing software:

Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects

Canva, Adobe Express, CapCut, InShot (social-first editing tools)

Familiarity with Webflow / Figma for basic visual assets preferred

• Strong sense of pacing, visual storytelling, and audio refinement
• Ability to deliver quick edits in a fast-paced environment

Nice-to-Have

• Experience editing podcasts (audio + visual enhancement)
• Basic animation & motion graphics capability
• Knowledge of what drives virality and engagement on social platforms
