Accounts Executive

Job Title: Accounts Executive Location: Baddi, Himachal Pradesh Company: Gupta Textile About the Company: We are a leading manufacturer of cleanroom garments and disposable apparel, catering primarily to pharmaceutical, healthcare, and industrial clients. With a strong focus on quality, hygiene, and compliance, we are expanding our operations and looking for a skilled Accounts Executive to manage our accounting and financial functions. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update day-to-day accounting records in Tally / ERP system. Handle sales, purchase, and expense entries with proper documentation. Prepare and verify GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliances. Manage bank reconciliation, petty cash, and vendor payments. Coordinate with auditors for monthly, quarterly, and annual audits. Assist in inventory accounting and coordination with the production department. Generate MIS reports, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements. Follow up with customers for payments and outstanding receivables. Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of all financial data. Qualifications & Skills: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification. 2–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setup. Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime, MS Excel, and GST compliance. Familiarity with inventory accounting and costing will be an advantage. Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks responsibly.
