Senior Manager – Finance

�� Job Objective:

To assist in day-to-day finance operations including bookkeeping, taxation support, vendor / client coordination, compliance documentation, and project-based accounting for two group entities in the EPC domain.

�� Key Responsibilities:�� Accounting & Bookkeeping

● Record day-to-day financial transactions including purchases, sales, expenses, payroll, and journal entries

● Prepare and update ledgers, trial balances, and assist in reconciliations

● Manage intercompany entries

● Maintain project-wise cost records and support costing analysis

�� Bank, Payroll & Reconciliations

● Handle daily bank entries and support bank reconciliations

● Assist in monthly payroll input compilation (attendance, leaves, etc.)

● Maintain employee records and process reimbursements under guidance

�� GST, TDS & Statutory Support

● Compile data for GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B and support filing

● Prepare TDS working files and download challans

● Maintain compliance trackers (GST, TDS, PT, etc.)

�� Vendor & Client Coordination

● Assist in invoice generation, vendor bill entries, and follow-ups

● Support GRN/Purchase Order documentation

● Coordinate with vendors for missing invoices or reconciliation

�� MIS & Report Preparation

● Pull data from accounting software and assist in preparing reports such as:

○ Cash Flow drafts

○ P&L variance reports

○ Budget vs actual sheets

● Maintain organized digital records for all financial documentation

��‍�� Desired Candidate Profile:�� Qualification:

B.Com / M.Com / CA-Inter / Semi-qualified CA / Equivalent accounting diploma

�� Experience:2-3 years

● Knowledge of Tally is a must have.

● Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Basic Formulas)

● Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic statutory compliance

�� Working Environment:

● Exposure to multi-entity financials

● Learning under a senior finance lead

● Fast-paced EPC domain with structured reporting systems

● Scope to grow into taxation, financial planning, or compliance roles

�� Joining Timeline:

Immediate / Within 2 weeks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
