Sales Executive

Job Title: Sales Executive – IT Services Company name- HiX india Pvt Ltd Location: Noida/Bangalore Job Type: Full-time Experience Required: 2-4 years in IT Sales or a related field Reports To: Sales Manager / Business Development Manager Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive – IT Services having a strong background in selling IT solutions and services, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting our portfolio of IT services. Key Responsibilities: · Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels (cold calls, networking, referrals, online platforms). · Promote and sell IT services such as managed services, cloud solutions & IT consulting. · Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term success. · Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. · Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements: · Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. · 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in IT services or software solutions. · Strong understanding of IT concepts, products, and services. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills. · Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. · Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently. Preferred Qualifications: · Experience selling to mid-size or enterprise-level businesses. · Existing network of IT decision-makers and business contacts.
