Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell building blocks, fine chemical to purchaser.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Conduct regular visits to existing and potential clients to establish strong relationships and understand their needs.
  • Ensure proper implementation of marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Conduct product detailing and scientific discussions with clients
  • Monitor competitor activity and suggest counter-strategies.
  • Keep accurate records of sales, customer feedback, and follow-up actions.
  • Train and guide junior sales staff if required.
  • Participate in conferences, seminars, and other promotional events.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales / Building blocks, fine chemicals sales in CRO
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willing to travel within the assigned territory.
