Job Summary:

We are looking for a female candidate with strong accounting knowledge and attention to detail to join our Accounts team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in maintaining financial records, preparing reports, handling day-to-day accounting operations, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update day-to-day accounting records in Tally/ERP or other accounting software.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable activities.
• Prepare bank reconciliation statements, journal entries, and financial summaries.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance and filings.
• Support the audit process and coordinate with internal and external auditors.
• Monitor cash flow, petty cash, and expense reimbursements.
• Maintain accurate documentation and filing of all financial records.
• Coordinate with other departments for data collection and report preparation.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
• Experience: 1–4 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other tax compliance.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work.

Salary: As per industry standards / Negotiable based on experience

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
