Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3 plus years of experience in HR or administrative roles. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort with HR tools/software.
