Job Responsibilities – Marketing Manager

• Strategic Planning & Execution
• Develop, implement, and oversee marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Plan and manage marketing budgets to maximize ROI.
• Brand Management
• Strengthen the company’s brand presence across digital and offline platforms.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging in all marketing materials and campaigns.
• Market Research & Analysis
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
• Analyze data to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
• Campaign Management
• Design, execute, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, etc.).
• Track KPIs and optimize campaigns for better reach and conversions.
• Digital Marketing & Social Media
• Oversee SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid campaigns to drive traffic and engagement.
• Manage social media platforms to build community engagement and brand visibility.
• Team Leadership & Collaboration
• Lead and mentor the marketing team, setting goals and monitoring performance.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and operations teams for aligned growth initiatives.
• Client & Stakeholder Engagement
• Build strong relationships with clients, media, and external agencies.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
• Reporting & Insights
• Prepare regular reports for senior management on marketing activities and performance.
• Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Innovation & Growth
• Stay updated on emerging marketing trends and technologies.
• Introduce innovative strategies to strengthen market presence and business growth.
