FEMALE CANDIDATES PREFERRED We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining financial records, and assisting with reporting and audits. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial data. Key Responsibilities: Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process. Reconcile accounts payable and receivable. Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports. Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closings. Handle invoices, expense reports, and bank reconciliations. Monitor company’s financial health and report any discrepancies. Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies. Support audits and tax filings with necessary documentation. Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors as needed. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Proven work experience as an Accounts Executive or in a similar accounting role. Solid knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, Zoho Books). Strong MS Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.). High attention to detail and accuracy. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with GST, TDS, payroll, and statutory compliance. Knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage. Professional certification (e.g., CA Inter, CMA, CPA) is a plus.
