Accounts Executive Cum Tally Operator

Key Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day real-time accounting entries in Tally and Excel, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and bank reconciliation.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records in Tally, ensuring proper classification of transactions.
• Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable, as well as bank statements.
• Assist in the preparation of Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss statements.
• Handle cash management, billing processes, and basic auditing tasks.
• Prepare and file TDS and GST returns, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
• Support tax preparation and ensure proper documentation for audits.
• Generate debtors and creditors statements and assist in financial reporting.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong understanding of Tally ERP, accounting principles, taxation, billing, and cash handling.
• Ability to perform reconciliations, manage financial data, and prepare reports.
• Good analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of handling confidential information with integrity.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Must be willing to work from the Gurgaon office full-time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (B.Com) or Master’s degree (M.Com) in Commerce or related field.
• Prior experience in accounting and Tally operations is preferred but not mandatory.

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM.

Compensation

• ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 in hand per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
