Job Title: HR Executive – Recruitment & Employee Relations Location: Gurugram Department: Human Resources Reports to: HR Manager / Head of HR Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team and support key HR functions, primarily in talent acquisition and employee relations . This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, onboarding, and maintaining a positive work environment through effective communication and employee engagement strategies. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Manage the full recruitment cycle: job posting, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer rollout. Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and develop job descriptions. Coordinate with recruitment agencies and job portals to source suitable candidates. Conduct reference checks and background verifications. Facilitate smooth onboarding and induction processes for new hires. Employee Relations Act as a point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and feedback mechanisms. Support the implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance with labour laws. Maintain accurate and updated employee records and documentation. Conduct exit interviews and analyse turnover trends. General HR Support Maintain HR MIS and recruitment dashboards for reporting. Contribute to process improvements within the HR function. Support performance review processes and training initiatives, as needed. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2–4 years of relevant HR experience, with a strong focus on recruitment and employee relations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion. Proficiency in MS Office . Preferred: Experience in a fast-paced, multi-departmental environment. Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
