Job Description

Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, hands-on experience with accounting software, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate records of financial transactions. Prepare, verify, and process invoices, bills, payments, and receipts. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable. Reconcile bank statements and financial entries. Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, etc.). Support internal and external audits. Monitor cash flow and assist with budgeting. Collaborate with other departments for financial data and reports. RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (M.Com preferred). 1–3 years of experience in accounting or a similar role. Proficiency in Tally / Zoho Books / QuickBooks / MS Excel. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations. Good communication and analytical skills.
