Job OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and organized Spares Incharge to oversee the spare parts department in our two-wheeler dealership. The role involves maintaining inventory, ensuring availability of genuine spare parts, managing vendors, and supporting the service team to achieve customer satisfaction and business growth. Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily operations of the spare parts department. Maintain optimum inventory levels of genuine two-wheeler spare parts. Forecast demand and place orders with OEMs / vendors accordingly. Handle stock inward, outward, and returns as per company policy. Maintain records of GRNs, invoices, and stock registers. Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely parts availability. Monitor and control pilferage, damage, or stock discrepancies. Develop and maintain strong vendor and supplier relationships. Prepare monthly reports on parts consumption, stock movement, and ageing analysis. Achieve monthly targets of spare parts sales and profitability. Ensure compliance with company guidelines, warranty norms, and audit requirements. RequirementsGraduate / Diploma in Automobile / Mechanical or equivalent. 2–5 years of experience in spare parts management (preferably in two-wheeler dealerships). Strong knowledge of two-wheeler spare parts and accessories. Proficiency in DMS / ERP systems and MS Excel. Good communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills. Attention to detail and ability to handle pressure.
