Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of professional cooking experience in South Indian and Hyderabadi cuisine. Knowledge of traditional recipes, cooking techniques, and presentation. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Good communication skills and teamwork. Knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards.
