Job Type: Full-time Industry: IT Software Domain : Fintech Key Responsibilities: Accounting & Documentation: Daily booking of expenses and invoices in Tally. Weekly document filing and agreement tracking. Timely bank reconciliation and ledger updates. Compliance & Reporting: GST/TDS Working, 26AS reconciliation, and statutory entries (PF, ESIC, PT). GSTR 1, 3B, and R2B reconciliation and sharing with CA. Invoicing & Receivables: Generate proforma invoices and e-invoicing (monthly). Maintain accounts payable/receivable and outstanding sheet. Audit Support: Ensure proper closure of accounts with documentation. Assist in audits and maintain accurate audited data in Tally. Coordination: Timely response to stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams. Active participation in internal/CSR initiatives. Requirements: B. Com/M. Com/CA Inter or equivalent. 2-4 years of experience in accounting. Strong in Tally, Excel, GST, and statutory compliance. Good communication and organizational skills.
