Accounts Associate

Role Overview:

The Accounts Associate will manage day-to-day accounting activities including invoice processing, vendor outstanding management, TDS working, petty cash reconciliation, attendance updates, inventory maintenance, and MIS reporting. The role requires accuracy, confidentiality, and strong coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Attendance & Payroll Support

· Maintain & update Attendance Sheet.

· Maintain & update Security Attendance regularly.

· Coordinate with HR for payroll-related attendance verification.

2. Petty Cash Handling

· Maintain petty cash sheet with day-to-day receivables & expenses.

· Reconcile petty cash entries with proper bills/vouchers.

· Disburse cash salaries & advance salaries after approval.

3. Vendor Payables & Receivables

· Enter all inward bills in the system.

· Maintain Outstanding Vendor Sheet (Fixed & Variable).

· File all bills systematically for audit and reference.

4. TDS, Compliance & Reporting

· Maintain & update TDS Working / Deduction Sheet.

· Ensure correct TDS deduction for all applicable vendor payments.

· Support monthly compliance and reporting activities.

5. Sales Reporting & MIS

· Prepare regular sales and MIS reports as required.

· Maintain & update resort loyalty programme details and reconciliation.

6. General Accounts & Inventory Support

· Maintain office stationery inventory & stock.

· Support accounting entries in Tally/ERP.

· Assist with bank reconciliation and audit documentation.

Skills & Requirements:

Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel.

Good understanding of accounting principles.

Attention to detail and strong numerical ability.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
